When You access our Service from a Social Networking Site ("SNS"), such as Facebook, that SNS may require You to agree to its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
When You access Our Service through an SNS, You agree that We may access certain information from the profile You maintain on that site, as determined by the privacy settings You've chosen on the SNS. That information may include Your name, profile photo, user ID, gender, location, birthday and log-in email.
When You access our Service directly, such as at www.play2prep.com, We may allow You to "register" with Us by using an SNS authentication option like Facebook Connect. To make sure Your account is not being accessed improperly, We may also require You to provide Your age or birthday, Your first and last name, Your email address, and other information.
Some information, including Your profile picture and Your first and last names, are considered "public" on play2prep websites and may be indexed by search engines.
We may also allow you to import your address book contacts or manually enter e-mail addresses so that you can (i) locate your contacts on play2prep; and (ii) invite those contacts to join you in our games. We will store those contacts for purposes of helping you and your contacts make connections on our site.
If you access play2prep on your mobile telephone or other mobile device, including iPads and tablets, We may collect mobile device identifiers, including MAC Address, and IP Address. In certain games We will create and assign to your device an identifier that is similar to an account number. We may collect the name you have associated with your device, device type, telephone number, country, and any other information you choose to provide, such as user name, character name, geo-location or e-mail address. We may also access your contacts to enable you to invite friends to join you in the Service.
We may also require You to provide billing information, including Your postal and email addresses, when You choose to license in-game virtual currency or other virtual items from Us, or from a third party such as Facebook. If You ask Us to assist You with a Customer Support issue, we may require Your contact information, User ID number, as well as information about Your use of the Service, and we will retain copies of Your correspondence with Us.
With your consent We may send push notifications to your mobile device to provide game updates and other relevant messages. You can manage push notifications from your device's "settings" page.
We may also compile and retain technical information about Your computer or mobile device, including the IP Address, MAC Address, mobile device ID and usage statistics. We usually obtain this information through server or web log files ("Log Files"), cookies and other tracking technologies, and mobile software development kits. The Log Files may also help us keep track of Your interactions with the Service and with other players.
Some of our games may allow You to share information and communicate with other users, such as by taking part in message boards and forums, submitting comments or photos, or chatting and communicating privately with other users.
Our servers may archive such communications to protect the rights of You, Us, and other users, and You agree that We may do so.
We also use the Log Files and other technology to help us manage advertising, maintain usage records, and improve our users' experience of the Service. Third parties such as Google Analytics may also help us accomplish these goals. To do so, We analyze data such as IP addresses, device and platform type, device identifiers, browser type and language, referring and exit pages, URLs, click counts, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, page view sequence, time spent on specific pages, game state and the date and time of activity on our websites or games. For Our internal use, such information may sometimes be associated with Your User ID.
Other technologies including tracking pixels and web beacons, which tell Us if Users open a certain page or open an email, may help us improve the efficiency of our advertising.
Other users and third party information providers may also provide Us with information, such as email contacts from other play2prep users. We may use such information, in combination with other information we collect, to add to Your profile and help You and Your friends connect.
When We use the information We collect, Our main objective is to improve Your user experience, such as by allowing You to create accounts, play the games offered by Our Service, help You connect with other users, address technical issues, enforce our Terms of Service, and deter fraud and misuse. We may also use Your information to make Our advertisements more relevant and useful to You, inform You of new products and Services, track Your progress in our games, and respond to Your inquiries.
Your name and profile photo may be included in some messages to other users, like invitations to Your friends.
In some situations, We may share Your information, including personal information, with parties other than play2prep.
We often work with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including processing payments, analyzing data, and delivering email. You agree that we may provide Your information to such third party companies, if they agree to keep Your information confidential and do not use it for any purposes other than assisting Us.
Your SNS friends can often see Your name, screen name, profile photo and descriptions of Your game activity when You are using the Service. In some instances, Your SNS or play2prep user ID may also be shown. You may also be able to receive game requests or friend requests through the SNS by which You access Our Service.
Unless You give Us Your approval, We will not share Your personal information with third-party advertiser for purposes of direct marketing. However, We may share certain information with such third parties to develop and deliver targeted advertising in the Service, including aggregated information, which is not specifically identifiable to You, anonymous information, and technical information (like IP Addresses, MAC Addresses for mobile devices and mobile device IDs). Our collection, use, and disclosure of anonymous or aggregated information are not subject to any of the restrictions in this Privacy Policy. Advertisers may also collect such information within the Service, subject to Our consent, and they may share it with Us. They may use such information to improve the usefulness and relevance of the advertising You receive. If You do not want Your information to be used in this way, You may opt out.
An "offer wall" hosted by a third-party provider may be displayed through Our Service. Through this feature, a third party advertiser can provide virtual currency to users in exchange for participating in a marketing offer. We are not responsible for any such offers, and after clicking on one of these advertisements, You will no longer be on a site hosted by play2prep or a partnering SNS. We may, however, provide a unique user identifier to the provider of the offer wall in order to protect the accuracy and security of user accounts.
We may access and monitor Your information, and Your online communications through the Service as needed to provide the Service, and we may disclose such information and communications:
(1) if We believe, in good faith, that We must disclose the information in response to a court order, search warrant, subpoena or other legal process
(2) to satisfy any applicable laws or regulations
(3) if in Our good faith belief the Service is being used to assist in the commission of a crime, or the disclosure is needed for purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction
(4) if in Our good faith belief an emergency threatens the health or safety of You or another person; and
(5) to protect Our rights or property, or enforce our Terms of Service.
If We undergo a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of Our assets, or other business transition, You agree that We may transfer all of Your information, including personal information, to Our successor in interest. If such a business transition will cause material changes to play2prep privacy practices, We will notify You as described below prior to transferring Your personal information.
If You are under the age of 13, You may not access Our Service, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from such children. If We determine that We have inadvertently obtained personal information from anyone under the age of 13, We will take prompt and reasonable steps to purge such information from our records.
If You access Our Service through an SNS, You must follow that site's directions to manage and control the information play2prep receives about You from that SNS, such as by updating Your information and changing Your privacy settings on the SNS. You can also manage some aspects of information collection through the permissions settings of each application on Your computer.
When an SNS provides information to Us, We store that information and use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and You may access and update that information as described below.
Accessing and Controlling Your Information through Other Means
To instruct Us to stop making active use of Your information, please email us at [email protected], with the subject line "Delete My Account," and Your first and last name, email address and relevant SNS user ID number (if applicable) in the body of the email message. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond within thirty (30) days. Even after deleting Your account, We will retain Records such as those regarding payments or customer service matters, for legal and accounting purposes.

You may turn off push notifications to your mobile device by visiting the "settings" page of your device.

play2prep can access and store profile and other information about You as described above, when You access our Services at a third-party SNS, subject to this Privacy Policy and the privacy settings You set with the SNS. We do not offer an "opt out" option for specific fields that are shared by the SNS.
By clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in a promotional email, You can opt out of receiving further promotional emails from play2prep. You can also opt out by changing the settings on Your email preference page. Your opt-out will become effective within ten 10 business days.
When you access our Service on your mobile device you can choose to receive push notifications. You can turn off push notifications by visiting the "settings" page within your device.
Even if You have opted-out of promotional communications, We may communicate with You for other legitimate non-marketing reasons.
play2prep stores the information described above on servers located in the United States, and play2prep may also store such information on servers and equipment in other countries.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that Your data is secure and is managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any third party websites, including those whose links or advertisements appear on Our Service. Please contact such third parties directly with any questions about their privacy policies.
We employ reasonable technical and operational measures to protect the security of Your information, When You log into Your account or enter payment information (such as a credit card number when purchasing virtual currency). We encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology ("SSL"). We cannot guarantee that any transmission to, from or within our Service will be completely secure, however. Any transmission is at Your own risk.
Please notify Us immediately if You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your account or suspect that the security of Your information has been compromised. Please keep Your personal information safe and always log out of Your account after use.
We will notify You if we elect to make material changes to our Privacy Policy in the future, either by placing a notice on play2prep.com or by sending You an email notification to the email address You have provided.
